Returns and Refunds

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Change of mind / dislike after use
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@yourstore.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect)
    • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash)

You will be notified once your refund has been completed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank/mobile wallet again
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@yourstore.com
